You will get customized nutritional and supplementation recommendations specifically for you based on your health. 2-day meal plan based on your food preference, individual caloric and macronutrient intake. This isn’t one approach fit all- it is tailored specifically for YOU!

  • 3 X 30 min follow up appointments with our nutritionist to asses your progress (at week 2, week 5, week 8)
  • 4 X Body scan to monitor your progress

-Be held accountable by regular check-ins with our nutritionist and trainer that will also keep you motivated and help you overcome the challenges you come across

I paid for 8 week program online, what is the next step?

Once we receive notification of your payment we will get in touch with you to schedule the appointment with our nutritionist. In case you have bought 8-week nutrition and training plan we will get in touch with you to schedule an appointment with our nutritionist and to book you in for a PT session.

Can I add extra sessions to 8-week nutrition and training program?

Out 8 week nutrition and training plan includes 2 30 min training sessions per week, if you would like to you can add additional sessions to the plan.

What can I expect at my first training session?

When you come in for your first training session we will asses your posture prior to commencing training. For your first session come dressed comfortably, wear training shoes, bring your towel and water. Our aim is to teach you basic movements at your first session and to start you on a training program specific to your goals, fitness levels and needs.

Can I claim 8-week program with my private health insurance?

Health fund rebates for Nutritionist are available with most funds for Nutritional services, we urge you to contact your health fund directly to see if you can claim any money back form your 8 week program.
