What is included:

  • 1 X Initial Nutritional consultation with our nutritionist at the beginning of the program-60 min.

You will get customized nutritional and supplementation recommendations specifically for YOU! Those are based on your current health and goals. This isn’t one approach that fits all- it is tailored specifically for YOU!

  • 2 X 30 min follow-up appointments with our nutritionist to assess your progress (at week 4, week 8, week 12)
  • 3 X Body scan to monitor your progress

Reset your health in 12 weeks with proper nutrition and training-customised for YOU by nutritionist and PT

What is included:

  • 1 X Initial Nutritional consultation with our nutritionist at the beginning of the program. -60 min. This isn’t one approach fits all it is tailored specifically for each individual!
  • 2 X 30 min follow-up appointments with our nutritionist to assess your progress.
  • 3 X Body scan to monitor your progress.
  • 2 X 30 min private training sessions per week (max 3 people per trainer).

-weekly direct debit payments are available.

*Supplements and further pathological tests (if there is a need for them) are not included in the cost of the 12-week plan.
