Antioxidant Enzymes like Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) and Catalase neutralize free radicals, and genetic factors can influence the efficiency of these enzymes, affecting the body’s response to oxidative stress during detoxification.

Detox juice cleanses or detox diets may fail when they overlook the personalized aspect of detoxification, relying on a one-size-fits-all approach that does not consider individual genetic variations.
